I have read it and it didn't really resonate with me. A lot of information was interesting but I could not relate to most the exercise they offer. It felt very disconnected to my actual experience.
The authors are the leading doctors in the field and they believe in general most sufferers of depersonalization disorder will respond positively to Cognitive behavioral therapy. Personally I got the most from the cbt and mindfulness exercises. They’re are a lot of different ways to recover though keep working at it!
