Is your DP worst outside ?

I used to go out and drive to get my mind off this thing before.

Funny, (well, not really) since a few months, there are some days I can't even go outside, it feels more Unreal outside than in my home.

Anyone else ?

PS: It aint agoraphobia, it just feels more unreal outside. Maybe the light...

Ya when I had really bad DP/DR it would sometimes be worse outside.... But I was confused if it was augoraphobia or just my Anxiety, DP/DR acting up.

Anyway.... I think its totally normal that your DP/DR acting up somedays outside, think about it, so much space outside, so much going on, its a lot for your brain to obsess about when your out there.

Yes, it's worse for me outside, too. But it's still good for me to go outside because then I feel much better when I return home, if you what I mean.

Your DP probably gets exacerbated by feeling vulnerable.

Yup, much worse. I also have Agoraphobia, so might be that too. My guess is it's big/too much is going on outside, also maybe light/lack of light, or something.
