I get these attacks where i feel out of my body. I woke up today and i felt so out of my body and like my body doesnt belong to me! how do people deal with this?

By realizing its just perceptual disturbances and therefore cannot hurt you. It might be disturbing but you have to learn to just ride it out.

I get it all the time, it's just part and parcel of depersonalization hun, but it's nothing bad, it won't harm you.
