I have been feeling a bit better now that I am back on zoloft and klonopin, but yesterday I had a weird experience. I was online just looking at some items on ebay and listening to some music and I suddenly felt like I was being pulled backward out of my body!! It felt like if I kept just sitting there I would soon be watching myself from across the room. It wasn't particularly scary, just weird. I stood up and the feeling stopped immediately. I don't know if this is a different form of dp for me or what! I have taken Zoloft and klonopin in the past so I don't think it is the medicine. Has anyone ever experienced something like this?

Yeh Ive had several out of body experiences and often feel when walking about that 'I' am out of my body or more to the point my perspective is outside of my body, like the 'I' is outside of me and I am somewhere else.

this is constant 24-7 for me. every day i feel like this out of my body like someone else is controlling me totally dissociated from my body
