Hi, I just started taking Omega 3,6,9 , and I just want to know if this has helped people that have DP/DR 24/7? Or if anyone else here is taking it?

i've been taking it for a while. i'm feeling pretty good these days but i'm taking loads of other supplements and an ad. i started them all around the same time so i can't be sure whats helping.

You don't really need Omega 6 & 9, in fact it could cause an imbalance in your system 'caus in our north american diet we have all we need concerning the 6&9
Take Omega3 in high concentration or this is totally worthless...

I take Omega3 daily along with Multi-Vitamins, and yes it helped me, against depression and mood changes mainly, not much with DP/DR.

But don't forget that Omega3 oils is the only substance our brains use to repair and build up cells. And it's also very good for the heart.

But again, the pills with Omega3, 6 and 9 are worthless...the dosage is minimum...
Well thats what my dietetist explained to me.

Ok thanks I'm going to go pickup the Omega 3. And ditch the 3,6,9.

I posted this advice on the "food and mood" thread in 'Alt Remedies'... If you want to get a good portion of your Omega 3's, try out flaxseeds, as they contain a ton. But you're gonna have to have a good market in town that will sell them, not some generic Albertons of Safeway, I don't think.
