Jesus Christ. It's going away. It's freaking going away. It's this incredible feeling, but it's the most terrifying experience of life. I can't even explain it.

I'm having a total sensory overload right now, and I feel like I'm going to have heart attack and throw up. I'm so freaking dizzy right now.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god.

I don't know who I am.

I AM TERRIFIED. BUT I DON'T WANT IT TO GO AWAY.

OH MY GOD.

Great news. But here, listen...don't obsess and 'concentrate' on your return to reality. Don't try to hang on to it, terrified, like you would off the edge of a cliff. Relax into it...let it slowly wash over you like a nice warm wave. Remember, DP wasn't your natural state, so let reality return as it should.
