If you've just come out of DP you should be celebrating! Seriously you might have panic disorder, but that's nothing big compared to DP. So here's a big congratulations going towards your way! Really if I only had extreme anxiety and no DP then I would be one lucky ducky. Not to ignore your pain or anything, my advice is to hang in there! Get some treatment for the intesnse anxiety and you'll be on your way to fully recovering. You say DP is fading away for you, that's great! The panic and anxiety can't hurt you, it's just a symptom of your body, that's all!
