I started taking it a bit ago and I've noticed that my anxiety levels are somewhat back to normal, and my depression has subsided a bit. I'm not sure what else I'm doing to help alleviate these symptoms besides starting a healthy diet (not one in specific, just no processed foods or junk). Just for someone to try incase they think it might help, at least its a good supplement to take if it doesn't work lol. Also magnesium helped me awhile back now that I think of it, but that was mainly just anxiety.
