Iv been trying to do normal things and keep busy but my dpdr is not changing at all :/ idk what else to do. I’m sick of just feeling like a body walking around going threw the motions.

DP takes time, you can't just change a couple behaviours and think it'll go away quickly, that's simply not how it works. Just keep pushing, keep working on your mental health and you WILL get better! :)

I had this twice before once for over a year and some of the time I didn’t know what it was and then early this year for only a few weeks but this time it’s lasting over two months. The first two times I swear it was like a light switch and it was gone, it wasn’t a gradual thing. :/
