hi im lisa i am 27 and i live in croydon, surrey, u.k
i have had dp/dr since the age of six..
i was hoping to meet people who have had the same problem as myself non drug related dp/dr !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,
I too started this long journey of DP without the "aid" of drugs. Seems to me that for some of us it "creeps" up on us and one day we wake up to realize that our reality isn't what it used to be.

yes dp/dr litrally smacked us all in the faces didnt it!!!.. i still dont understand it proberly never will but what is helping me at the moment is the fact im not alone ive got you guys on here !!!!!

hi.i'm 23 years old from greece.i have DP,depression for 15 years.i used drugs at my 20's.now i think that using or not was the same to me .
total chaos in me.i did't have my own "vision" ,living was just very difficult.

hi paco welcome to the forum , yes i too have had them since a young age im 27 now and still have them but i can control them a bit better
