i sopped taking prozac and i'm doing a lot better. i'm still not great but better. since the prozac obviously wasn't working, i'll need a new plan of attack. any suggestions? what has worked for you?

On another note i was reading the sticky about anxiety symptoms and one of them was emptiness, or something like that, and it reminded me of a metaphore i recently came up with for the way i am feeling. I feel like a halloween pumpkin who's just been scraped clean. Every last orange globule and every last seed, scraped out with a spoon. I can even imagine the sound of the spoon making that hollow, scraping sound. I think i will write a book about it. well, not just about that but... something like pozac nation but without the prozac.
