So, what's the cure to all this? Does anybody actually know, or could it be that there simply is NO CURE :?:

The cure is apparently to find out why we are doing this to ourselves.

sun on face-it?s summer solstice, what does this mean to you sam? zenith, rebirth, death, blossom, warmth, new, young, circle (of life), daylight-(today as I write), do you think this might be you, I hope so I truly hope so, rebirth, rebuild, new life but old emotions (the ones I used to know)-it?s strange: change to a new life to find old emotions-a paradox

I relax A LOT. Actually, that's one of the things I'm best at. Must mean that I'm on the right track? Fun aside, when I try to do real meditation I get really anxious - I'm scared of myself and my own thoughts.

One thing that helps, is something I found in an old book:

"Bestil noget. Den der bekymrer sig, m? fortabe sig i arbejde, for at han ikke skal hent?res i fortvivlelse!"

It's danish, and means something like

"Be busy. If you worry about things, then loose yourself in work, or else find yourself in deep despair"

It's very true!
