So, what's the cure to all this? Does anybody actually know, or could it be that there simply is NO CURE :?:
I relax A LOT. Actually, that's one of the things I'm best at. Must mean that I'm on the right track? Fun aside, when I try to do real meditation I get really anxious - I'm scared of myself and my own thoughts.dakotajo said:You just have to learn to relax.
