Martin is right. Nihlism may become a symptom of some psychiatric disorders but it is more a philosophical term where you feel like nothing has any meaning.

Thats exactly how I feel right now. Is it the same as DP or a part of DP or a totally standalone condition. I am just confused.A delusion, experienced in some mental disorders, that the world or one's mind, body, or self does not exist.
