No, the nihlism you are talking about is completely different. It occours in some major psychiatric disorders, and damn me if I can't think of the name of them - but it's a psychotic disorder, when the person actually believes they have ceased to exist. Believes it. They sometimes go into a completely catatonic state as a consequence.

Thats exactly how I feel right now. Is it the same as DP or a part of DP or a totally standalone condition. I am just confused.A delusion, experienced in some mental disorders, that the world or one's mind, body, or self does not exist.

Nihlism is strictly a philosophical term for someone who cares about nothing. The term is often not used in it's proper context. Angst ridden students and angry teenagers mostly.
