I asked Andy from the old DP board how he's doing. He had DP/DR for a long time. He said to me that he gave up on psychiatrist 6 years ago I think, and he takes anafranil 100 mg with a little klonopin, and he's doing better. Not perfect but he can handle a part time job, and he is feeling better.
