Hey. I'm nervous about this, as focussing on 'this' has previously made me much worse. However, I'm very isolated in being able to discuss+ relate to others with this + wondered if it would help me to be able to. Just trying to accept now + be as peaceful as possible now+ have a bit of a laugh here + there. Would be great imparticular to hear from other old timers. Makes me anxious to say how long for me, but multiple decades. Peace + love to all
