Have had issues with this for a few years now, cronically and off and on but i definently understand it very deeply. Im here for anyone who needs to talk to someone. I kinda just look at posts but i may reply to them from time to time to give any advice.

How did you get it and how have you managed to cope with it over this time?
Hi there. I think i got it from anxiety and trauma. i guess to cope i do stuff that requires me to be active and doing things that makes me emotional. Not emotional as in sad but just emotion in general like watching a drama and hanging out with friends. I feel like that stuff just helps it go away, at least for a little bit.
