dp hit me like a train

First...stop thinking about it immediatley...its all in your mind. You are creating the feeling. Do activities that you usually do...and talk to friends about the regular things you usually like to talk about. Don't isolate yourself and start thinking. Thinking too much hurts lol. You will be fine...just try to move on and dismiss the bad day that made you like this. You will not stay like this.
