Went for my bi-montly trip to the doctors and asked if I could see my notes. I have a new diagnosis...!!! Must be a sale on. No, it's no longer G.A.D (Generalised Anxiety Disorder), or T.W.A.T (speaks for itselfs), it's S.A.D. No, not Seasonal Affective Disorder, Severe Agitated Depression. Woo hoo ! I'm sad. Or rather, SAD. How depressing.

Ramped up my Efexxor to 150mg a day, and given my a pack of 1mg Lorazepam to take when needed.

Not really.

They think I have moderate depression which manifests itself in anxiety, which is probably true. I never actually 'feel' depressed, just on edge and panicy all the time.

EDIT: Actually, I looked at the symptoms and I have most of them except outbursts. I do constantly pace, move my legs and hands, have racing thoughts etc. Its strange how theres a disorder for almost every type of behavior.

I mean that last phrase "Stupid Asshole Doctors" wholeheartedly. But I just had a thought. Do you think doctors come to this site? Doctors who really are interested in dp and dr and aren't just trying to pass it off as depression?
