Hey guys! So I am in university and spend a lot of time hunched over my books studying, and this bad posture has given me some nasty tight neck muscles. When i have really tight neck muscles my dpdr is a lot worse. Does anyone else experience this?

I do but it's from anxiety. I get neck and shoulder tension and tension headaches. Chiropractic care, stretching/yogi and acupuncture is the only relief I can find from it. And feeling like crap only makes my anxiety and dpdr worse. It's just a viscous cycle

I get this too. I was always prone to things like muscle knots in my shoulders, neck tension, and throwing out my back. I sometimes aggravate things a little when I do my morning workout every two days using weights. But it's usually not anything some ibuprofen and a heating pad can't fix.
