I've had DP on and off for years and have finaly worked out how to beat it. Lately the more "real" I feel the more panicky I am and I feel like I did when I was close to having panic attacks. I haven't been thinking about DP at all. I'm sure my life is more stress free now.
Anyone felt like this?

It could be bcoz your anxious about fallling back into DP again?

How did you beat DP and How long did you have it ?

I could live and have lived with panics attacks for 9yrs but its just this Condition that makes life so tough !
