I had made prior posts regarding a natural path of healing or reducing DP but recently I had some other bullcrap happen to me that peaked my anxiety to the roof and, as a result, made my DP slightly worse.

I'm currently taking Lexapro (10mg) along with some other natural supplements. I have ups and down and I'm guessing that has been an improvement since the first two weeks of the onset. I remember it was a constant thing but now I do feel moments of clarity, albeit in small bursts.

We need more feedback on Naloxone and Naltrexone as I have heard they are similar and have, to some extend, helped a few DP individuals.

Also, how could I even acquire those? Is this something a psychiatrist would easily prescribe?

I'm guessing they will look at you funny as they may not realize the possible treatment this may have for DP.

I gave an answer to that in what i wrote and you can find more detailed posts on the subject on the site. There isn´t any drugs with selective antagonistic properties for the kappa-opioid receptor that might make the symptoms. The drugs available have a low affinity for the kappa receptor and you need extremely high doses that might be toxic or you can´t tolerate. One have responded to high dose of naltrexone it was 200.mg or 4.times normal dose. 90% would not even tolerante 100.mg. I know many who have tried to come up to that dose,-including myself. The same thing with nalmefene that has a higher affinity for the kappa receptor.
