I suffer with little anxiety, thats not a huge problem, its my social skills, i dont know what to say, i do speak but when i do its like my words dont mean a damn thing, literally, ill be talking to someone and sometimes i just get no responce back, like what i said was just dumb and i dont have anything to say back

i need help

any vitamins that can help with this? it makes it hard to go out and social. for reals..

DP can make us feel very isolated mentally...I often feel totally lost and locked inside my own head in the middle of crowded malls etc...

It can make you feel totally irrelevant in the world even amongst family and friends....

This is the depressive side to DP in my opinion....The side that makes you feel like a complete non entity....

The other thing to remember is that if your constantly dealing with people who are telling you the stuff you talk about is dumb or else they just seem to ignore you its best to drop these types of people completely.....They dont sound like the most caring considerate people to be around whether they are family or friends...

One thing DP has thought me is to be very selective with who I deal with nowadays....I only stick with positive, encouraging, caring understanding people....I have dropped all the "TOXIC" people in my life (This includes some family members) I have dropped all the people I couldnt rely on......
