Oh so Last week Christmas night I had got wayy to drunk started mixing drinks and all 🤦🏾‍♂️ like I was fucked up head started spinning so then the next morning I woke up ion think I had a hangover because usually when I wake up I don’t really have hangovers. So ever since then I noticed I started not really feeling like myself idk if it’s depersonalization or anhedonia because I feel like my emotions are numb like I can’t feel them or sum idk why this happened to me is there anybody who had a similar problem like mines If so will I be able to feel like myself again? It’s been a week since I been feeling like this.

Heavy drinking isn't good for you man. I've felt that way following a day of heavy drinking. For me it usually only lasted a day. If you've only felt strange for a week I would advise getting good sleep, having a fairly relaxing time and doing normal things like socializing, work, school...If anything you do involves copious amounts of stress or drug use it may be time to reevaluate those situations and your role in them. If you don't feel better after a couple months maybe tell your doctor what's going on.

There are plenty of people who have that for just a short time and it goes away on its own, and maybe it goes away faster if they try to ignore it as best as they can. A lot of people report this.
Just a quick question, did you know what DPDR was before that event? And if not, how did you find out this it what you had?

Yeah I already knew what it was when I used to smoke too much weed & have an panic anxiety attack I used to feel like that. But now after drinking too much alcohol last week I feel like it’s depersonalization again I just feel like my emotions are numb that’s about it.

Oh ok, I see, I hope it will improve with some time. I feel some emotional distance and that's something that can really be bothering.
