My somehow scary MRI brain result

So I went to te doc today to get the MRI result.
I got the MRI referal because in the last month I got some brain zaps followed by ear ringing ,but only 3 or 4 times in my whole life.I rarely get headaches ,but always feel tired ,sometimes I feel like I walk like a drunk person. The I smoked weed and got DR/DP.

The report says : Small right AICA vascular loop abutting but not overtly impinging the cochlear nerve within the right internal auditory meatus ,of uncertain significance.
Incidental note of small left frontal lobe cavernoma and minor sinus disease.
A cavernoma is a cluster of abnormal blood vessels, usually found in the brain and spinal cord.

The doctor said I could be born with it (inherited) or developed it.
I have to see a neurosurgeon soon to discuss treatment ,either a surguery to remove it or radiotheraphy.
It is not cancer or a tumor ,but a bunch of entangled blood vessels.

What do you guys think ?

My advice to anyone here ,press your doctor for an MRI scan.Who knows maybe the weed affected me that way because of this issue.

Tell the doctor you are getting brain zaps ,and when you drive a car it scares you ,so you might lose control.
bro WTF. have you had any neck injurys or whipash in the past?
Hmm I dont think so.But as a young kid I played lots of soccer (football in europe) in Germany in our local football club.I spent most of my youth doing it ,got lots of ball hits on my head.
I asked another doctor the same day abouy cavernoma ,he said dont worry nothing serious ,looks like I inherited such thing.

But the other issue is the AICA vascular loop hitting the cochlear nerve ,which is all in the ear section.
There is a strong link between the vestibular system and DP.
