My medicine concotion

So I went to my Pdoc today. I told him the Effexor wasnt working, and it actually made me feel worse when the dosage was increased. So now he gave me Zoloft, because my sister and dad are on it and it works for them. He still thinks the loss of the sense of self is depression related (it could be). So we'll see what happens. He also gave me Trazodone to help me sleep. So now I'll be tapering off of the Effexor, starting the Zoloft, starting the Trazodone and also taking risperdal. WOOHOO.
