I understand how you feel. At least you have more information about who you are. Before I had my MRI, I was thinking my hippocampus might have gotten
scarred. That is certainly nothing to hope for, but it could have explained my symptoms. I was thankful my MRI was normal. But, my EEG was pathological
and it explained everything. When you are chronically ill, sometimes an explanation is all you can hope for. I coupled my explanation to a decision to
undergo ECT, and it was a game changer for me. Good luck to you!
