The best way of explaining this without going into too much detail is to pick up a camera with a small screen and watch everything you're doing through that screen, it'll make you feel a certain way, and you'll want to want to look around clarifying that it's not actually happening. My symptoms are very episodic and occur while being overwhelmed/stressed/excited with something I'm focused on, or there's too much commotion going on and sensory overload.
