dude sorry but youve recovered after almost 3 hours of suffering. its great and im very happy for you but this is not useful. its like taking a drill machine to the NASA and saying „here get the lunar mission ready“

that 3 hours thing was a joke. but 3 months of dpdr isnt even medically considered as chronic. some people on this forum are having this for 20-30 years. it isnt really worth a recovery story if you ask me. but again im glad happy for you that you got better
