Okay, you notice that crazy DP feeling or DR sensation, but what do you do about it? How about just saying, "okay, it's crazy. I feel nuts. I feel insane. My vision is driving me insane, etc...." and then move on to the next thought. What is the point of going over and over in your mind about how you feel, how you see, etc? Okay you feel this way or see that way, but what can you do about it? Not much! So why not just move on.
