Okay, you notice that crazy DP feeling or DR sensation, but what do you do about it? How about just saying, "okay, it's crazy. I feel nuts. I feel insane. My vision is driving me insane, etc...." and then move on to the next thought. What is the point of going over and over in your mind about how you feel, how you see, etc? Okay you feel this way or see that way, but what can you do about it? Not much! So why not just move on.

Give it a try. It can't hurt!

It's just too hard and too depressing living life like this. You can't just accept it and move on. I miss the past too much. I miss being happy. And I really dwell on the fact that I can't live a happy life ever again. Im gonna be like this forever and it might get worse, and ill never be able to be happy. I lie in bed with my girlfriend now, and I don't even feel her. She talks to me, and Im a hundred miles away.

I try but it seems as if dp and dr feelings are now uncouncious rather than councouis, I try and forget about these unreality feelings as I know that i should be able to, but they come back, as if embedded in my pyche, an unchanging aspect of myself that i have to live with.

As of now, many of us see this Depersonalized character inside of us to be some sort of virus...but we will get used to it. Anyone with any remote willpower will accept it wether by conscious or by subconscious means. Some people are focusing on a solution in the forefront of their minds, while i'm just sort of letting it be. Sure I have moments of severe anxiety and fears, but they always pass and i'm just sort of coexisting with this. It may be hellish at times, but i'll just let it be and good things will come from it.
