So before I got DPDR, my roommate and I had already decided to move once our lease was up. Well today was moving day. My previous house and town already felt so unfamiliar...now I am in a different town, different house and have no memories here. Scared I will wake up tomorrow and be completely confused and disoriented. Anyone else have to go through this at some point? Any tips for coping?

Yes ,been through this ,even moving from a country to a different country with a different culture.Later you will think about it and say it wasnt so bad
