It took me while to accept this, but moving is really important. You have to stay active and move, as much as you can. You don't have to push yourself too much or run and lift weights. Just walking, moving your hands, slowly dancing, simple activities like this, are important to get you going, no matter how bad you feel. It can be the hardest thing in the world, especially when your mind creates all these thoughts and your mood is down. But you have to get going, taking tiny baby steps. And try to be a little mindful of your movements if you can. Regardless, you have to move, it's what all the mind-body experts recommend, that the first step is to move. You will not regret it, just move and do something simple and you don't even have to ignore your thoughts or your emotions. See if this helps you.
