Yes, I have this a lot. It probably stems from the fact that I'm never going to overcome this.
Mood Swings
Does anyone experience mood swings while dealing with dpdr?
I'll be doing fine and thinking how I can beat this dpdr and how I'm going to fight to get my life back, etc.
Sometimes within a few hours or even minutes, I'll get a mood swing and I start thinking about how overwhelmed I am and that life isn't worth fighting for, maybe I'm too broken to be fixed, etc.
How to deal with this??
Ignoring the feelings and distracting myself doesn't really work for me.
