I am starting to have moments where I feel more connected, but when it happens I can't stop crying and feeling horribly sad. No paticular reason for the tears. Anyone one else experience this?

I did as I was getting better, it lasted maybe a month. I think its just a normal reaction as you realise you are getting better you then realise what hell you have been through.

I experienced a lot of crying as well as I recovered, this is very positive rainbowtears. Just keep opening and you'll keep improving. Neurosis and obsessiveness comes from emotionally closing down. Its pretty simple ? but not exactly easy to implement, at first that is.
