hi

i woke up this morning and i'm out of zoloft/lustral :shock: i can't get anymore today as it's a bank holiday and i live in a remote place. i phoned the emergency doc and he said i'll be fine till tomorrow as it takes a long time to get out of my system.....
i take 1 twice a day so the last was about 8pm last night

any advice wecome

You'll be fine (maybe Kipper will share her pig's ear if you need something to distract you, grin)

It would take about 3 days for the ssri to leave your system enough to produce any significant feelings. One day, doubtful you'll even notice.

you shouldn't have any trouble missing one day, or even a few, of your SSRI. the drug has a very long half life and so should stay in your system for quite a while. in fact, i have been advised by my own psychiatrist to skip certain days if i feel it would interfere with my activities on that particular day...

I will miss my Paxil every so often and no probelms for a day or so. You're fine.
