hey, I feel as if my depersonalization has been causing me more and more memory problems. My short term memory is worsening and so is my long term. I have trouble remembering who I am and what I did in my past. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes! Sometimes when I "wake up" in the mornings I have no idea what day it is or what I did yesterday or what's going on. And it's not because I am groggy. I just literally feel blank. Scariest thing
