Memory loss?

I’ve been experiencing DPDR for about a month now. scariest thing i’ve ever felt. one thing that seems to really bother me and stress me out around bed time is the fact that i can’t clearly remember the day i just had. like i can remember certain aspects of my day, but most of it is blurry or just nonexistent. do any of you experience the same thing?
