Yes it is common with ssris. Rebound anxiety happens when you taper off and then levels off in a few weeks. If your underlying anxiety is still really high though them you may need to go back on meds if you decide that is best.

Is it common to feel even more detached as I taper off my meds? It’s like it’s getting intense as I come off and hasn’t stopped for 3 weeks
