I Would love to talk to all of you and have discussions and get through this together. This server is meant to be friendly and accepting of those who may be stubborn to this symptom of anxiety and to help guide them to looking at things the right way and going back to the way they saw life before :)

The first step to recovering is accepting it and realizing the only thing your fighting is yourself. be optimistic and know you will recover, and that's how you heal.

AND DO NOT BLAME WEED, SURE IT MAY HAVE TRIGGERED IT, BUT YOU MAY OF GOTTEN IT LATER DOWN THE ROAD REGARDLESS. you should also see this as a blessing in disguise. after you recover, you appreciate life more than you ever did before and overall feel a greater sense of ambition to take control over your life and make things happen.
