Would you have any sources that explain that? I have taken magnesium daily for a while and it didn't make any difference for me. Perhaps it would help you if your problem is due to a lack of magnesium, but there might be other causes.

i cured my dpdr with magnesium it is been proven that magnesium is good for dpdr, anxiety, ocd and other problems that are related to a problem with serotonin.
