do you guys sometime forget the day like today I thought it was thursday and then my mom goes no its friday, is this common with derealization or is this some kind of brain damage? my memory loss is getting worse these last few weeks, can meds help turn this around because my head feels stuffed full of cotton and my headaches have been increasing...i have been tested with lyme and have a single band that could signal lyme but doctors are still trying to confirm that and ill likely need to undergo further testing until I get that answer but these strange memory lapses really scare me and nothing improves

Very much like that with me, my friend. Time means absolutely nothing to me. And I kind of get freaked out sometimes when I'm reminded of the passage of time (New Year's is the worst holiday for this particular issue). Also the cotton-head, awful headaches.

i know this isnt on the subject about memory problems but I found this interesting video that goes into the specifics behind lyme shutting down various regions within the brain from the toxics it will inherit making derealization a very strong possibility that somebody can develop from the brain and immune system being overactive and amplified from the lyme spirochetes invading these regions,
