So i was driving home today, zoning out like always and boom i had a hit of realization where i turned back to normal for half a second and realized i have been living in a movie for 16 months. It scared me and made me feel good at the same time because i just felt like the fakness leave and come back so fast. Its been like year since i have had those milliseconds of realizing that im stuck in a dream or movie and its scary. Does anyone else have these?

very common man. i had these when i started getting better.....now the dr/dp is almost gone...i am usually at like 80-90% recovered.

It's great to hear that youve started your journey through healing. I'm still at that point where I am not yet a part of my own life; running on auto pilot, dazed and living in a dream where little is real and even less is remembered. I hope that one day I can start to experience the same micro-revelations such as this, and feel what it is like to be alive and apart of life again. Best of luck in your recovery.
