K, I know it sounds a little corny but I've been wanting to do this personally for a while, as some form of release. Here's how DP has made me feel during the last 10 years:

anger
betrayal
frustration
uncertainty
fear
fright
lonliness
sad
worried
anxious
loss
confused
paranoid
guilt
hopelessness
surprise
longing
and now... I am at a stage where I am grieving the loss of my previous life but beginning to accept this one.

Hope you find some sort of benefit in listing your own emotions.

You guys realize that normal people have these emotions too?

just something to think about...

Maybe this is just the bad side of our humanness...we only want the good side and can't accept the bad side. I dunno. I could be talking out of my a$$.

person3... yeah, you sure are right... 'normal' people do have these emotions... but I am quite positive they have them must less than myself. The emotions I listed are intense and way, way, way too frequent to be considered 'normal' or healthy.

I don't think normal people feel that type of terror, even in extreme situations they don't feel that timeless claustrophobic huge amount of terror. And you probably have to be some kind of neurotic to feel that type of worry. Even that type of relief, when you touch something and it feels really real, or can really appreciate the beauty of everything in the world because it seems to actually be there for once and almost glows with it, I think that's outside the range of what most people experience.
