Has anyone had any experience with the LINDEN METHOD?
This guy supposibly has the cure for DP?

I've never tried it myself. But I'm about 75% sure it's just another scam. Why? Because:

a)Most people who've tried it say it didn't work.
b)The amount of advertising and links going to his site is enormous.
c)Apparently it's pretty darn expensive
d)Have never seen it officially endorsed

etc. etc.

I'm not saying you shouldn't give it a go if you want to - by all means try it, it may help a little for you - but don't expect it to be a "miracle cure".

That's just my advice though, I could be wrong.

it helped me alot.....but like anything you have to stick with it long term,i still use the breathing teqniques when im feeling panic
