Let's Help one another get through this together.

1. What do you think caused your Dp?
2. What makes your Dp thoughts worse?
3. What makes your Dp thoughts better?

Comment any Information and Personal experiences (short and simple) that will help improve our Dp state of mind.

Give Advice to the person who comments above you if possible. (Ex. Suggest Something they could do differently in their situation or something they could try etc.)

Causes - Childhood traumas, Bullying, Drug abuse, Alcohol abuse, Narcissitic father, Controlling mother, Low self esteem (Too many to actually list)

Makes it worse - Stress, Poor quality sleep, Boredom, Isolation, Darkness, Intimidating people

Makes it better - My hobby, Walking, Nature, Learning, Good quality sleep, Coffee (Only early in the day), Working part time, Stress reduction, Not drinking alcohol or taking drugs, Bright sunshine, Understanding people, Medication!!!!!

1. Psych Meds / Stress Overload
2. Gluten/Dairy, poor diet, poor sleep, caffeine, supermarkets, artificial lights, darkness, any kind of stress beyond my adaptive capacity
3. sun, positive social interactions, good diet, good sleep, mild excercise, dopamine
