for me, its the complete opposite. I feel near psychotic when I wake up and have drank too much the night before. My body feels like its in hyper vigilant anxiety mode.

For me it depends on what I was drinking, and how much. If I'm drinking hard liquor, and lots of it, then I'm definitely dissociated a lot more than normal. But if it's some beer, then yes I'll feel more connected and less dp'd in the morning until maybe early afternoon.

I also used to experience this. It was very strange. I noticed it was similar to the times where I’d get less sleep and actually feel better the next day.
