Hi guys
I've decided to have a break from here as its really not helping me anymore

In the start and during the first 12 months coming here and posting was helpful
As it helped me to know my bizarre feelings are dp and dr .

One thing I read time and time again is to stop coming on here , if we want to get better , honest ive never not come on here in near 2 years .

Thank you to the people on here that helped me and I really appreciate it .

Goodbye everyone I wish yous well and I truly hope yous get rid of dp dr and all the stuff that comes with that ..
