ok it is 9am, wednesday, tomorrow i go for hypnotherapy but today my dr is same as usual but dp feels really odd...

it feels like everything i do is a subconcious decision or a decision by someone else... and that my concious is just freaking out....and my body feels so numb and weak...

not sure why but it just feel heightened today...

my head feels reallynumb too...i keep focusing on my expressions and actions.... it really does feel like i am not in control anymore...typin this feels like it is just my subconcious or whatever taking over with my concious just watching helplessly in fear that i am losing/lost control...

sorry just had to vent....
