For all those who use ADs and APs and have been long term do you have any worsening side effects? Reading peoples stories online of how much worse they are after even trying one medication even a single AD and they are completely not able to function. I tried Lamictal for almost a month and it only helped a few days then slowly got worse and unbearable. Now in the last 5 days I’m having a hard time feeling my body and beyond confused, worsening blank mind when I usually only have it sometimes. Has anyone experienced this with Lamictal? How do you get the courage (bc I’m so desperate I don’t know what to do) to even try another medication?

Think Glutamate. Try some aged meats and see if it improves the brain fog.
